 Naming a home is common practice on Hawaii. Usually a name is selected that describes the view or something you may experience yet, it was extremely tough to find a Hawaiian translation for "luxurious home with sweeping 180 degree whitewater views, sounds of ocean surf, and calming sunsets that instantly make you feel relaxed"! So we settled for Hale Malana’i, which simply means, "House of Serenity". |
